Title: Marinated Barbecued Salmon

Yield: 4 Servings
2 | lb | Salmon steaks, 3/4-inch thick |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Teriyaki sauce |
1/4 | c | White wine |
1 | tb | Sugar |
3 | tb | Peanut oil |
2 | cl | Garlic, pressed |
1 | ts | Ground ginger |
1/4 | ts | Onion powder |
1/2 | ts | Ground black pepper |
Combine all ingredients in shallow pan and marinate salmon steaks for at least 30 minutes. If broiling steaks, place on rack 6 inches from heat sources. Broil 5 minutes. Baste with marinade, turn, broil 4 to 5 minutes more. If using outdoor grill, brush grill with oil so steaks don't stick, and broil 4 to 6 minutes per sdie, using marinade to baste.
